SAS IntelliLink™ — New Product
The SAS IntelliLink™ PSCU-V6 is a dual CAN gateway built for J1939, CANopen, ISOBUS and telematics integration. It reads live machine data such as engine performance, fuel, load, hydraulic pressure and fault alerts, then sends that information directly to your fleet platform in real time. No complex setup, no software to install and no CAN expertise required on site.

How It Works
You don’t need to understand CAN bus protocols, J1939 mapping or data formatting. We handle the technical work so your team can focus on running the fleet.
Which machines? What data do you want to track — fuel levels, engine hours, load weights, temperatures? We take it from there.
Every IntelliLink is programmed by our engineering team specifically for your equipment and requirements. We match the device to your machine model, sensor layout and telematics platform — so when it arrives, it’s ready to go.
Install the unit, plug into your machine’s data ports, and your fleet platform starts receiving live data. That’s it.
Data Monitoring
The IntelliLink can read and forward any data your machine produces. Not sure what data your machine has? We’ll help you find out — just tell us the make and model.
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Engine | RPM, hours, coolant temperature, oil temperature, fuel level, fuel rate |
| Load & Lifting | Hoist weight, boom angle, boom length, rated capacity |
| Hydraulics | Oil pressure, oil temperature, oil level, filter status |
| Electrical | Battery voltage, charging status |
| Fuel & Efficiency | Consumption rate, tank level, idle time |
| Faults & Alerts | Active fault codes, warning indicators, error history |
Compatibility
If it has a CAN data network — and virtually all modern industrial equipment does — we can connect to it. One device. Any machine. Any brand.
Crawler, tower, mobile and overhead cranes — load monitoring, boom data, engine parameters and fault alerts.
Excavators, loaders, dozers and graders — fuel consumption, hydraulic data and operating hours.
Gensets with CAN-based engine controllers — power output, fuel, temperature and runtime monitoring.
NMEA 2000 and J1939 marine applications — engine, navigation, fuel and environmental sensor data.
Tractors, harvesters and implements with ISOBUS — field data, implement status and engine monitoring.
Commercial trucks, trailers and transport fleets via J1939 or FMS — location, fuel, engine and driver data.
Heavy mining and drilling equipment — real-time operational data delivery to fleet management systems.
Industrial machinery with CAN-connected controllers — operational parameters and fault code monitoring.
Protocol Support
The IntelliLink supports a wide range of industry-standard CAN protocols. Not sure which protocol your machine uses? Send us the make and model and we’ll identify it for you.
| Protocol | Commonly found on |
|---|---|
| SAE J1939 | Heavy-duty trucks, construction equipment, gensets, marine engines |
| CANopen | Industrial automation, hydraulic controllers, servo drives, medical devices |
| ISOBUS | Agricultural machinery — tractors, harvesters, sprayers, implements |
| NMEA 2000 | Marine vessels — engines, navigation, fuel systems, environmental sensors |
| FMS Standard | Commercial trucks and buses — fleet management interface |
| OBD-II (CAN) | Passenger vehicles and light-duty trucks — diagnostics and live data |
| DeviceNet | Factory automation, conveyor systems, PLC environments |
| CANaerospace | Aerospace and avionics systems |
| CAN 2.0A / 2.0B | Any standard or extended CAN network |
| Proprietary / Custom | OEM-specific protocols — we can reverse-engineer or work from your documentation |
Three Independent Channels
Each of the IntelliLink’s three CAN channels — two inputs and one output — can be independently configured for any supported protocol and bitrate. That means you can read one protocol on the first input, a completely different protocol on the second, and output in whichever format your telematics platform requires. The IntelliLink doesn’t just bridge data — it translates it.
| Channel | You choose | Example |
|---|---|---|
| CAN Input 1 | Protocol + bitrate | J1939 @ 250 kbps — engine ECU |
| CAN Input 2 | Protocol + bitrate | CANopen @ 500 kbps — loadcell controller |
| CAN Output | Protocol + bitrate | J1939 @ 250 kbps — to telematics device |
Real-world combinations our customers use:
Engine ECU (J1939) + Hydraulic controller (CANopen) → output to Teltonika FMC650 (J1939)
Tractor (ISOBUS) + Implement (J1939) → output to fleet platform (FMS)
Navigation (NMEA 2000) + Marine engine (J1939) → output to vessel monitoring system
Light vehicle (OBD-II) + Aftermarket sensors (proprietary) → output to telematics (J1939)
Just tell us what’s on your machine and where the data needs to go. We configure each channel to match — or your technician can change the protocol and bitrate directly from the built-in Wi-Fi dashboard at any time, no reflashing required. Settings are saved to flash and survive reboots.
Built-In Diagnostics
Every IntelliLink creates its own Wi-Fi hotspot directly on the machine. Connect with your phone, tablet or laptop and open a live dashboard in your browser. Especially useful during installation, maintenance or troubleshooting — your technician can see exactly what the unit is reading without any special tools or software.
No internet connection required. The unit broadcasts its own hotspot anywhere in the field.
All monitored values updating in real time. View directly in any browser — no app or software to install.
Connection status, data freshness indicators and fault history log visible at a glance.
Verify the unit is reading correctly with a single tap — no specialist needed on site.
Visual indicators on the device give instant health feedback without opening a screen or app.
Change the protocol and bitrate for each CAN channel directly from the dashboard — apply with one click, controllers reinitialize immediately. Settings stored in flash and persist across power cycles. No reflashing required.
Firmware updates via USB. New machines or new data requirements? We update the firmware — same hardware, no replacement needed.
Telematics Integration
The IntelliLink is designed to feed data directly to fleet management platforms. Your telematics provider doesn’t need to change anything on their side — the IntelliLink speaks their language.
Plug-and-play compatible. The IntelliLink is designed and tested for direct integration with Teltonika FMC650 telematics units.
Configurable for Calamp, Geotab, Queclink, Ruptela and custom platforms. Speak to us about your specific provider.
Running a proprietary fleet management system? Our engineering team can configure the output format to match your platform’s requirements.
Why IntelliLink
SAS Middle East FZC programs and configures every IntelliLink unit to match your specific equipment. We don’t sell you a blank device and leave you to figure it out. Our engineering team identifies what data is available, programs the unit for your protocol and signal layout, configures output for your telematics platform, tests and verifies the unit before delivery, and provides ongoing support.
We program every unit to your exact requirements. You just plug it in.
Connects to any CAN-equipped machine regardless of brand or model.
Supports J1939, CANopen, ISOBUS, NMEA 2000, FMS, OBD-II and more in a single device.
Reads from two independent CAN data networks simultaneously on a single unit.
On-board Wi-Fi dashboard works offline, anywhere in the field.
Change protocol and bitrate per channel from the dashboard — no reflash needed. Settings saved to flash, survive reboots.
New machines or new data requirements? We update the firmware — same hardware, no replacement needed.
